HOME TRANSFORMATIONS

One of the first things I like to do is walk through your home and take photos. The purpose is many-fold, including seeing how your home/rooms photograph, identifying anything that could detract from its on-line/live presentation and appeal, and helping prioritize potential improvements that will help it show to its best. Here are a few examples of before and after photos.

Please note, in many cases owners were preparing to move & in the process of packing. In addition, the "before" photos were taken with a phone camera & the "after" photos were professionally done.

LYNNWOOD

AREA HOME

These sellers painted their interior to lighter, more neutral colors, updated their kitchen with quartz counters, undermounted sink, backsplash and new lighting, and also updated a bathroom as well. Then their home was fully staged with furniture that was scaled to optimize its layout and function.

SHORELINE

AREA HOME

This seller chose to let the new buyer update this home to their own tastes after purchasing. As it was owner occupied during listing, the stager used some of the owner’s furniture, added additional pieces and accessorized to highlight how the spaces could be utilized.

RICHMOND BEACH

AREA HOME

This seller had already done extensive updates to their home. To prepare for market, they moved out, painted the kitchen to neutral tones, and their home was completely staged.
