My husband and I met with Jill the first part of March. We had been talking about listing our home sometime in July. We were also exploring various new locations for a home. After meeting with Jill and learning about the current market, we decided to list our home on March 29th. Jill also provided us with realtors in the areas we wanted to research, such as Spokane and Whidbey Island. Jill began working with us to get our house ready to sell. She provided details of listings in our area similar to our home. This helped us decide on our sale price. She went above and beyond to help us sell our investment property we didn't even live at, including visits to water our lawn, let in repairmen, painting the closet subfloor that a bit of odor on it from prior tenants, continual updates on email, phone, texts, and the list goes on. Jill helped my parents sell their home last Spring. She was a master with staging and strategy, and my parents ended up getting several offers and selling for $100,000 more than it almost sold for just six months prior with another agent. When it was time for my husband and I to start looking for a house to own, I didn’t hesitate to set up a meeting with Jill right away. Jill always worked around our schedule and met us when and where it was convenient for us.
